All Sales are final. No refunds. Once your purchase has cleared, we will provide you with login information to our private portal where you will be the only student in the course. You must agree not to share your login information with anyone or redistribute any of our content or teaching. If we discover you are sharing your course with other people, or republishing or redistributing our work, we will cancel your program of study and you will not be provided a refund. You will also need to upload -- or email -- video files and image stills of your signing skills for our analysis and evaluation. If, in the event, we refuse to teach you, we will refund your money. We will generally be online at least once a day to answer your questions, ask you questions, grade you, and so on. Work as fast as you wish. We may be online at the same time with your or we may not. Your study is self-driven and independent of specific meeting times except for special interactive teaching for Level 7. All assignments and other instruction will be done through our online portal, which you can access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your ASL class will run 3 weeks from the date of your purchase. If you need more time to finish the course of study, you will need to purchase another 3 week session. If you finish the course early, you will not be given a refund for the time you did not use.
